I am a Virtual Assistant and I specialize in providing exceptional administrative and online assistance to my clients. As a Virtual Assistant, I have trained and managed a small team of Interns to complete different tasks/projects. I also assisted in doing Website updates, email management, file management, campaign set up for sending an automated SMS blast, call flow sequence set up for Auto Attendant, simple video editing, and video upload to a YouTube channel.
Prior to working as a Virtual Assistant, I was a Customer Interface Associate and worked my way to be moved to a back office setting handling US payroll processes. I became a Subject Matter Expert and later became a Team Manager. With these experiences, I bring with me skills for analysis and organization of tasks and I was able to maintain a good client relationship.
